By engaging Action Consulting Services, LLC for business consulting, advisory, or related professional services, or by using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms define our scope of work, payment expectations, and limitations of liability.
Action Consulting Services, LLC provides professional consulting services, including but not limited to business strategy, operations improvement, organizational change support, leadership advisory, and program management assistance. The specific deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a written proposal, statement of work, or consulting agreement signed by both parties.
Action Consulting Services, LLC will work toward agreed milestones and schedules. Timely progress depends on client participation—including access to relevant information, attendance at meetings, and timely feedback on recommendations and drafts. Delays caused by incomplete information or postponed client decisions may adjust timelines without liability to Action Consulting Services, LLC.
Consulting fees, expense policies, and payment terms will be specified in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due according to the payment terms on each invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current. Third-party costs (e.g., software, travel booked by the client) remain the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in the agreement.
To deliver our services, Action Consulting Services, LLC may require access to business documents, systems, and personnel interviews. The client represents that it has the right to share such materials and that information provided is accurate to the best of the client's knowledge. We rely on that information when forming recommendations.
Upon full payment of fees due under the engagement agreement, deliverables created specifically for the client (such as custom reports and plans) are licensed or assigned as stated in that agreement. Action Consulting Services, LLC retains the right to use general methodologies, templates, and non-confidential know-how developed in the course of practice. With client consent, we may reference anonymized outcomes in marketing materials.
